POORT van het Oude-Manhuis. Rijk gebeeldhouwde zandstenen poort in Hendrick de Keyser stijl, 1622. Gebosseerde Dorische zuilen en boog; boven de verkropte kroonlijst opzetstuk met nis, waarin oude man met Dordts wapenschild, geflankeerd door voluutconsoles met satirekoppen en Jonische zuiltjes. Hierboven gebroken segmentvormig fronton.
Fraai gebouw van algemeen belang wegens oudheidkundige en kunsthistorische waarde.

Description
GATE of the Oude-Manhuis. Richly sculptured sandstone gate in Hendrick de Keyser style, 1622. Rusticated Doric columns and arch; above the broken cornice pediment with niche, in which old man with Dordrecht coat of arms, flanked by volute consoles with satyr heads and Ionic small columns. Above this broken segmental pediment.
Fine building of general importance because of its antiquarian and art historical value.
