Omschrijving
HOEKPAND Ruitenstraat. Monumentale lijstgevel, gedateerd in de kroonlijst 1774. De gevel telt vier vensterassen, waarvan de derde van links als risaliet is behandeld en bekleed met hardsteen. In deze risaliet gebeeldhouwde versieringen (Lodewijk XVI) boven de vensters. Hardstenen vensteromlijstingen, hoekpilasters en gesneden consoles onder de met lofwerk versierde kroonlijst.
Fraai gebouw van algemeen belang wegens oudheidkundige en kunsthistorische waarde.

Description
CORNER BUILDING Ruitenstraat. Monumental cornice-topped facade, dated in the cornice 1774. The facade has four window bays, of which the third from the left is treated as a risalit and clad with stone. In this risalit sculptured decorations (Louis XVI) above the windows. Stone window surrounds, corner pilasters and carved consoles under the cornice decorated with foliage.
Fine building of general importance because of its antiquarian and art historical value.
