Omschrijving
PAND met hoge, monumentale lijstgevel (midden XVIII) voor huis (XVI c). Rococo deurpartij met bovenlicht, bordes met balusterhek en zijhekken. Hardstenen vensterdorpels en Empire schuiframen.
Aan de achterzijde een renaissance trapgevel met geblokte ontlastingsbogen, lijsten en sierankers, waarvan het bovenste gedeelte is afgeknot. Twee gevelstenen: "Dit is in Oosterijck" en "1561".
Inwendig: stucgang Lodewijk XV met dessus-de-portes en achterzaal met Lodewijk XV stucplafond.
Fraai gebouw van algemeen belang wegens oudheidkundige en kunsthistorische waarde.

Description
BUILDING with high, monumental cornice-topped facade (mid 18th century) in front of a house (16th century). Rococo door section with fanlight, flight of steps with balustrade fence and side fences. Hard stone window sills and Empire sash windows.
On the rear side a Renaissance stepped gable with blocked relieving arches, mouldings and ornamental wall anchors, of which the upper part has been cut off. Two foundation stones: "Dit is in Oosterijck" and "1561".
Interior: Rococo stucco corridor with overmantel decorations and back room with Rococo stucco ceiling.
Fine building of general importance owing to its archaeological and art-historical value.
