HOEKPAND Nieuwkerkstraat. Gepleisterde lijstgevel (XVIII d) met deurpartij, stoep en hek. Huis (XVI) met oorspronkelijke gevel aan de Nieuwkerkstraat.
Gebouw van eenvoudige doch harmonische architectuur en van oudheidkundige waarde.
Zie tevens de overwegingen bij het Koninklijk besluit no 38 van 14 augustus 1971 inzake de plaatsing op de vastgestelde lijst, waarin is bepaald dat alleen het woonhuis zonder aan- of bijgebouwen op de lijst wordt geplaatst.

Building of simple yet harmonious architecture and of archaeological value.
