HOEKPAND Nieuwebrug. Tot lijstgevel afgeknotte trapgevel (XVII a) met natuurstenen banden en sierankers.
Het achterhuis aan de Voorstraatshaven heeft een tot puntgevel gewijzigde trapgevel met natuurstenen banden, geblokte togen, oude kozijnen en cartouches, in de ontlastingsbogen van de verdiepingsvensters, waarin: anno 1609. Muurankers.
Fraai gebouw van algemeen belang wegens oudheidkundige en kunsthistorische waarde.

CORNER BUILDING Nieuwebrug. Truncated stepped gable to cornice-topped facade (first half of the 17th century) with dressed stone bands and ornamental wall anchors.
The rear building on the Voorstraatshaven has a stepped gable altered to a pointed gable with dressed stone bands, blocked arches, old window frames and cartouches, in the relieving arches of the first-floor windows, in which: anno 1609. Wall anchors.
Fine building of general importance due to archaeological and art-historical value.
