Omschrijving
PAND met monumentale lijstgevel, gedateerd 1728. Pand van zeven vensterassen breedte op haakse plattegrond, gedekt door een schilddak. Middenrisaliet van drie assen. Deurpartij met gesneden Lodewijk XIV kalf en hoofdgestel. Boven de risaliet segmentvormig, geprofileerd en gelobd fronton, waarin grijsaard als schildhouder, geflankeerd door oeils-de-boeuf met Lodewijk XIV ornament.
Op de verdieping stucplafond. Schoorsteenmantel Lodewijk XIV, van elders afkomstig.
Het pand heeft grote monumentale waarde als afsluiting van de Wolwevers- en Kuipershaven.
Fraai gebouw van algemeen belang wegens oudheidkundige en kunsthistorische waarde.

Description
BUILDING with monumental cornice-topped facade, dated 1728. Building of seven window bays in width on rectangular ground plan, covered by a hipped roof. Central risalit of three bays. Door section with carved Louis XIV calf and capital. Above the risalit segmental, moulded and lobed pediment, with bearded head as cartouche supporter, flanked by oeil-de-boeuf with Louis XIV ornament.
On the upper storey stucco ceiling. Fireplace mantelpiece Louis XIV, from elsewhere.
The building has great monumental value as the termination of the Wolwevers- and Kuipershaven.
Fine building of general importance due to its archaeological and art-historical value.
