Omschrijving
PAND, deel uitmakend van het woonhuis "Het Biervat". Brede, klassicistisch-barokke pilastergevel, gedateerd in cartouche: 1663.
In de oorspronkelijke vorm werd de bakstenen gevel gescandeerd door vier pilasters met Jonische kapitelen, die een geprofileerde lijst droegen. In het midden van de gevel een rijk gebeeldhouwde, verticale guirlande met onderaan wapen en twee festoenen. Van de linkse twee pilasters is het onderstuk, van de tweede van rechts het bovenstuk verdwenen. Alleen de rechtse is nog geheel intact. Pui gemoderniseerd. Modern dak.
Reconstructie in voorbereiding.

Description
BUILDING, forming part of the dwelling house "Het Biervat". Broad, classicistic-Baroque pilaster facade, dated in cartouche: 1663.
In its original form the brick facade was articulated by four pilasters with Ionic capitals, which carried a moulded cornice. In the middle of the facade a richly sculptured, vertical garland with coat of arms at the base and two festoons. Of the left two pilasters the lower part, of the second from the right the upper part has disappeared. Only the right one is still entirely intact. Shopfront modernized. Modern roof.
Reconstruction in preparation.
Fine building of general importance due to its archaeological and art-historical value.
