Omschrijving
HOEKPAND Korte Engelenburgerkade, een oorspronkelijk woonhuis met in de gevel resten van natuurstenen muurwerk van een vermoedelijke 15e-eeuwse verdedigingstoren. Boven de begane grondverdieping natuurstenen kraagstenen van een weergang. Gedeeltelijk vernieuwd XVII. Schuiframen XIX; bovenlicht ca. 1800.
Een belendend PANDJE, bestaande uit een lage parterre met hoge verdieping, heeft een hoog schilddak (XVIII).
Gebouw van eenvoudige doch harmonische architectuur en van oudheidkundige waarde.

Description
CORNER BUILDING Korte Engelenburgerkade, an originally residential house with in the facade remains of natural stone masonry of a presumed 15th-century defensive tower. Above the ground floor storey natural stone corbels of a wall walk. Partly renewed 17th century. Sash windows 19th century; fanlight circa 1800.
An adjoining SMALL BUILDING, consisting of a low ground floor with tall storey, has a tall hipped roof (18th century).
Building of simple yet harmonious architecture and of archaeological value.
