Omschrijving
Kazerne. Langwerpig GEBOUW bestaande uit rechthoekig bouwvolume gedekt door schilddak. Gevel aan de rivierzijde: elf vensterassen, schuiframen in achttiende-eeuwse stijl. Gevel aan de Binnen Walevest: vensters met omlijstingen uit de negentiende eeuw; gepolychromeerde gevelsteen met wapen. Vensterroeden (achttiende eeuw).
Tot het kazernecomplex behoren een HUIS met lijstgevel en schuiframen in achttiende-eeuwse stijl. Twee bijgebouwen op de binnenplaats; losstaand van en haaks op het hoofdgebouw.
Gebouwen van eenvoudige doch harmonische architectuur en van oudheidkundige waarde.

Barracks. Oblong BUILDING consisting of rectangular building volume covered by hipped roof. Facade on the river side: eleven window bays, sash windows in eighteenth-century style. Facade on the Binnen Walevest: windows with mouldings from the nineteenth century; polychrome facade stone with coat of arms. Window bars (eighteenth century).
Belonging to the barracks complex a HOUSE with cornice-topped facade and sash windows in eighteenth-century style. Two outbuildings in the courtyard; separate from and at right angles to the main building.
