Omschrijving
Belangrijk laat-gotisch pand op de hoek van de Bergstraat. Het hoge zadeldak wordt aan de Meipoortstraat afgesloten door een gevel met gezwenkte zijkanten en twee geprofileerde, bakstenen nissen met halfronde afdekkingen. Aan de achterzijde een trapgevel met ezelsrugafdekkingen. De bakstenen kruisvensters gereconstrueerd bij de ingrijpende restauratie ca. 1962. Het huis, dat dateert uit midden XV heeft een insteek uit XVI A. Inwendig muurstijlen en korbelen alsmede een oude spiltrap. Tegen de achtergevel een rosmolen onder hoog schilddak. Bakstenen kruisvensters onder ontlastingsbogen en in de lange zijgevel jaartalankers 1611.

Description
Important late-Gothic building on the corner of the Bergstraat. The high gabled roof is closed off at the Meipoortstraat by a gable with curved sides and two profiled brick niches with semicircular coverings. On the rear side a stepped gable with saddle-back coverings. The brick cross windows reconstructed during the comprehensive restoration circa 1962. The house, which dates from the middle of the 15th century, has an addition from the first half of the 16th century. Internally wall studs and corbels as well as an old spiral staircase. Against the rear gable a milling wheel (horse mill) beneath a high hipped roof. Brick cross windows under relieving arches and on the long side gable date anchors 1611.
