Laatgotisch STADSBIERHUIS annex WAAG op de hoek van de Koepoortstraat en de Gasthuisstraat, nimmer voltooid totdat architect N. de Wolf in 1947-'49 het bouwwerk restaureerde en completeerde naar gevonden aanwijzingen. Hoge trapgevel in Nederrijnse trant met korfboognissen en overhoekse, bakstenen toppinakels. Ook de zijgevel heeft korfboognissen. Inwendig: kelder met graatgewelven op twee bakstenen pijlers en moerbalken uit de bouwtijd.

Description
Late Gothic TOWN BEER HALL annexe WEIGHING HOUSE on the corner of the Koepoortstraat and the Gasthuisstraat, never completed until architect N. de Wolf restored and completed the building in 1947-'49 according to found indications. High stepped gable in Lower Rhine style with basket arch niches and diagonal, brick top pinnacles. The side facade also has basket arch niches. Interior: cellar with herringbone vaults on two brick pillars and tie beams from the time of construction.
