Kleine, in baksteen opgetrokken neogotische kapel, bestaande uit een travee met aan de westzijde een toren, bekroond door een ingesnoerde naaldspits op uitgekraagde boogfries en aan de oostzijde een iets lagere apsis met driezijdige sluiting. Spitsboogvensters met gietijzeren traceringen. De kapel is gebouwd op initiatief van T.M.T. Rietstap, die in 1911 vergunning tot de bouw verkreeg.

Description
Small neo-gothic chapel built in brick, consisting of a bay with at the west side a tower, crowned by a tapering spire on projecting arch frieze and at the east side a slightly lower apse with three-sided termination. Pointed arch windows with cast-iron tracery. The chapel was built on the initiative of T.M.T. Rietstap, who in 1911 obtained permission for the construction.
