Omschrijving
Slanke toren van vier geledingen, gedekt door een ingesnoerde achtzijdige spits. In de westgevel van de eerste geleding een rondboogvormige ingang met ovaal bovenlicht; de vierde geleding vertoont in elk der zijden een tweedelig spitsbogig galmgat; zandsteen toegepast voor ingang, galmgaten, venster, plinten en lijsten. De klok van een anonieme gieter, 1366, diam. 65 cm. is gescheurd en is via het Rijksmuseum Twente te Enschede overgebracht naar het Klokkengieterijmuseum te Heiligerlee. Mechanisch torenuurwerk B. Eijsbouts, Asten, nr. 1331, 1942, buiten gebruik gesteld.

Description
Slender tower of four storeys, covered by a tapered octagonal spire. In the west gable of the first storey a round-arched entrance with oval fanlight; the fourth storey displays in each of its sides a two-part pointed arch louvre; sandstone used for entrance, louvres, window, plinths and mouldings. The bell by an anonymous founder, 1366, diam. 65 cm, is cracked and has been transferred via the Rijksmuseum Twente in Enschede to the Bell Foundry Museum in Heiligerlee. Mechanical tower clock B. Eijsbouts, Asten, no. 1331, 1942, out of service.
