Huis met gepleisterde in- en uitgezwenkte topgevel voorzien van drie pinakels; de toppinakel met geprofileerde natuurstenen dekplaat. Hoge pui met middendeur en bovenlicht geflankeerd door twee schuifvensters. Bakstenen tandlijst XVII A.

House with plastered concave-convex stepped gable provided with three pinnacles; the top pinnacle with moulded natural stone coping. High front with central door and fanlight flanked by two sash windows. Brick dentil course first half of 17th century.
