Pand dat met het pand Pikeursbaan 2 de afrondende linkerhoek vormt van een in het derde kwart van de 19e eeuw als een symmetrisch geheel ontworpen straatwand. Aan de zijde van de Keizerstraat een gepleisterde vijf traveeën brede lijstgevel met middenrisaliet dakkapel en zijlisenen. Links de een verdieping lagere, kwart ronde verbinding met Pikeursbaan 2.

Property which, with the property at Pikeursbaan 2, forms the rounding left corner of a street front designed in the third quarter of the 19th century as a symmetrical whole. On the side of the Keizerstraat a plastered five-bay wide cornice-topped facade with central projection roof dormer and side cornices. On the left a quarter-round connection one storey lower with Pikeursbaan 2.
