Onderkelderd huis met lijstgevel. Fries met triglief consoles, tandlijst en zolderlichten. Schuifvensters met strekken. Moderne winkelpui. Aan achterzijde, Korte Assenstraat 4, forse tuitgevel met vlechtingen. Hijskap, vlieringlichten en luiken behangen, bakstenen geprofileerde waterlijst. Op de verdieping ontlastingsbogen van vroegere vensters. Hoge, gewijzigde pui. Sleutelstukken o.a. gotische. Schoorsteen met schildering op doek (midden achttiende eeuw). Zestiende-negentiende eeuw.

Cellarage house with cornice-topped facade. Frieze with triglyph consoles, tooth moulding and attic lights. Sash windows with stretchers. Modern shop front. On the rear side, Korte Assenstraat 4, substantial spout gable with basketwork. Hip roof, garret lights and shutters hung, brick moulded drip moulding. On the upper storey relieving arches of former windows. High, modified shop front. Voussoir stones including Gothic. Chimney with painting on canvas (mid-18th century). 16th-19th century.
