Omschrijving
In kern laat middeleeuws pand, vermoedelijk van kort na de stadsbrand in 1536. De eenvoudige lijstgevel heeft stucversieringen en een pui uit 1863. De dakconstructie heeft eikehouten spanten met krommers. Onder de opkamer in het achterste deel van het huis ligt een kelder met gewelf. Links van het pand heeft een steeg gelegen. Vrijwel de gehele inrichting van het voorste deel stamt uit de tweede helft van de 19e eeuw. Aan de hoogte van de ramen is te zien dat de oorspronkelijke raamhoogte is aangehouden. Onder de ramen van de opkamer in de achtergevel loopt een laat 18e-eeuws of vroeg 19e-eeuws paneel-lambris. Naast de ramen zijn nog paneelvouwluiken in kassen uit dezelfde tijd. Description
Essentially late medieval building, presumably from shortly after the city fire in 1536. The simple cornice-topped facade has stucco ornaments and a shop front from 1863. The roof structure has oak roof trusses with curved members. Below the upper room in the rear part of the house lies a barrel-vaulted cellar. To the left of the building there was an alley. Almost the entire interior of the front part dates from the second half of the 19th century. The height of the windows shows that the original window height has been maintained. Below the windows of the upper room in the rear facade runs a late 18th-century or early 19th-century panel wainscoting. Next to the windows are still panel folding shutters in frames from the same period. Building of construction and architectural historical significance.
