Eenvoudig pandje van begane-grond met twee zolderverdiepingen (XVIII?). Gepleisterde tuitgevel, door een rechte kroonlijst afgedekt. Hoekpand St. Annastraat, belangrijke ligging tegenover de Voorstraat.
