Corner building Hippolytusbuurt. Building, of which the lower storey has been combined into a shop with the ground floor of Choorstraat 3, and Hippolytusbuurt 28. Simple cornice-topped facades, of which that on Choorstraat is plastered and with richly carved Louis XIV moulding. The former Hippolytusbuurt 28 has in the facade moulded window sills, anchors and a cornice with recessed panels and Louis XIV consoles. In the moulding: "Anno MDCCXLIX".
