Stadsleenbank. Gaaf bouwwerk van parterre en twee verdiepingen. Lijstgevel met oude deur in omlijsting van verdiepte pilasters met hoofdgestel. Links een poort met rococo-bekroning. waarin opschrift: "Den Ingangh van de Stadsleenbanck 1769", met stadswapen. Zes- en achtruitsschuiframen.

Municipal pawn bank. Original building of ground floor and two storeys. Cornice-topped facade with old door in surround of recessed pilasters with lintel. To the left a gate with rococo crown, inscribed: "Den Ingangh van de Stadsleenbanck 1769", with city coat of arms. Six- and eight-pane sash windows.
