Vermoedelijk een der bouwhuizen van het in 1839 afgebroken huis De Broekhuizen. Aan de voet van de Vechtdijk gelegen gebouwtje met zadeldak tussen topgevels met vlechtingen; gepleisterde plint, schuifvensters met roedenverdeling. XVIII.
Gebouw van eenvoudige doch harmonische architectuur en van oudheidkundige waarde.

Presumably one of the outbuildings of the house De Broekhuizen demolished in 1839. Small building located at the foot of the Vechtdijk with gabled roof between top gables with wickerwork; plastered plinth, sash windows with glazing bars. 18th century.
Building of simple yet harmonious architecture and of archaeological value.
