Voormalige pastorie gelegen op de hoek van de Straatweg en de Nassaustraat. Het pand is gelegen op een perceel dat vanouds bij de middeleeuwse kerk, thans Hervormde kerk, behoorde en waarop zich reeds in de late middeleeuwen een pastorie bevond. Het huidige gebouw dateert uit 1851 en vervangt op zijn beurt een pastorie uit ca. 1730. Na de bouw hebben nog enkele bescheiden wijzigingen plaatsgevonden. In 1982 werd de pastorie als kantoorruimte verhuurd.
Het gebouw ligt geheel vrij op het perceel. De tuinaanleg is van recente datum (XXd). De ingang aan de zijde van de Nassaustraat wordt afgesloten door een gietijzeren sierhek, mogelijk uit de bouwtijd. De voormalige pastorie bestaat uit één bouwlaag met een kelder en een opkamer en een omgaand mansardedak. De gevels zijn uitgevoerd in metselwerk. Voor- en achtergevel zijn uitgevoerd met een forse kroonlijst, terwijl de beide zijgevels de vorm hebben van afgeknotte topgevels met vlechtingen. De voorgevel is vijf traveeën breed met in het midden de deur met bovenlicht en snijraam. Voor de deur een hardstenen stoep, aan weerszijden twee roeden verdeelde schuiframen en een dakkapel in de middenas. De achtergevel heeft eenzelfde opzet met echter maar één venster aan weerszijden. De deur en het bovenlicht hier hebben een indeling met een symmetrisch fantasiemotief. De rechterzijgevel heeft vier vensters op de begane grond en twee in de top. Tegen de linker zijgevel is in de jaren 1930 een kleine aanbouw gezet. Daarnaast bevindt zich het venster van kelder en opkamer. Ook hier twee vensters voor de zolderverdieping. De indeling bestaat uit een centrale gang met vertrekken aan weerszijden. De kelder en opkamer bevinden zich aan de linkerzijde, evenals de keuken en de trap naar boven. De uitmonstering van het interieur is vermoedelijk altijd sober geweest en door de functie van kantoor verder vereenvoudigd. In de meeste vertrekken wordt alleen een eenvoudige marmeren schouw aangetroffen. In de rechter voorkamer heeft deze een boezem met stucdecoratie. De trap heeft een eenvoudige beginbaluster. In de keuken bevinden zich een eenvoudige haard en een servieskast.

Former manse located at the corner of the Straatweg and the Nassaustraat. The building is located on a plot that from ancient times belonged to the medieval church, now the Reformed church, and on which a manse already existed in the late Middle Ages. The current building dates from 1851 and replaces in turn a manse from c. 1730. After construction several modest modifications have taken place. In 1982 the manse was rented as office space.
The building lies entirely detached on the plot. The garden layout is of recent date (20th century). The entrance at the side of the Nassaustraat is closed off by a cast iron ornamental gate, possibly from the time of construction. The former manse consists of one storey with a cellar and an upper room and a surrounding mansard roof. The facades are executed in masonry. Front and rear facades are executed with a substantial cornice, while both side facades have the form of truncated stepped gables with wattle. The front facade is five bays wide with the door and fanlight in the centre and transom window. Before the door a limestone step, on either side two divided sash windows and a roof dormer in the central axis. The rear facade has a similar arrangement but with only one window on either side. The door and fanlight here have a division with a symmetrical fantasy motif. The right side gable has four windows on the ground floor and two on the attic storey. Against the left side gable a small extension was placed in the 1930s. Next to it is the window of the cellar and upper room. Here too two windows for the attic storey. The layout consists of a central corridor with rooms on either side. The cellar and upper room are on the left side, as are the kitchen and the staircase. The finishing of the interior was probably always modest and further simplified by the office function. In most rooms only a simple marble fireplace is found. In the right front room this has a mantelpiece with stucco decoration. The staircase has a simple beginning baluster. In the kitchen there are a simple fireplace and a dresser.
Valuation
