Voormalig R.K.Jongensweeshuis, bestaande uit vier vleugels om een binnenplaats (zuidelijke hoofdvleugel onder schilddak (1706) met frontale stoep, deuromlijsting en drie dakkapellen waarvan een met wijzerplaat (1769), lagere oost- en westvleugels onder zadeldaken (begin achttiende eeuw), alle met een goede roedenverdeling in de vensters, en een noordelijke vleugel (eerste helft negentiende eeuw) aan de Lauriergracht met een lage zijstukken waarin empire-vensters en een zeer gesloten middenstuk voorzien van drie deuromlijstingen, voorts aan de Elandsstraat van rechts naar links een vleugel onder drie zadeldaken, met twee gekuifde klokgevels en een poortje (1747) en een puntgevel; een hoge vleugel in neorenaissancestijl met trapgevel (vierde kwart negentiende eeuw) en een aparte woning (nummer 152) met gevel onder rechte lijst (midden negentiende eeuw) waarin een zeventiende-eeuwse gevelsteen en een empire deur. Op de binnenplaats een pomp met lantaarn.

Description
Formerly a Roman Catholic Boys' Orphanage, consisting of four wings around a courtyard (southern main wing under hipped roof (1706) with frontal stoop, door surround and three roof dormers of which one with clock face (1769), lower east and west wings under gabled roofs (early 18th century), all with good glazing bars in the windows, and a northern wing (first half of 19th century) on the Lauriergracht with low side sections in which empire-style windows and a very closed central section provided with three door surrounds, further on the Elandsstraat from right to left a wing under three gabled roofs, with two tufted bell gables and a small gateway (1747) and a pointed gable; a high wing in neo-renaissance style with stepped gable (fourth quarter of 19th century) and a separate dwelling (number 152) with facade under straight cornice (mid-19th century) in which a 17th-century facade stone and an empire door. On the courtyard a pump with lantern.
