Omschrijving
Huis "De Vogel Struys" uit 1665. Hoge door waterlijsten gedeelde gevel, bekroond door zandstenen voluten en een driehoekig fronton waarin het jaartal. Bovenlicht (plm 1780) boven de in de 19e eeuw in tweeën gesplitste ingang. Houten kruiskozijnen in de zijgevel. In 1697 werd het als refugiehuis aangekocht door het klooster St.Catharinadal te Oosterhout.

Description
House 'De Vogel Struys' from 1665. Tall facade divided by drip mouldings, crowned by sandstone volutes and a triangular pediment containing the date. Fanlight (circa 1780) above the entrance divided in two in the 19th century. Wooden cross windows in the side facade. In 1697 it was purchased as a refuge house by the convent St. Catharinadal in Oosterhout.
