Omschrijving
St.Joostkapel. Omstreeks 1300 gesticht, na 1637 in gebruik als bergplaats, later als woning, sedert 1946 als Mariakapel. Driezijdig gesloten schip van vier traveeën met ingebouwde toren, eind 15e of begin 16e eeuw; boven de ingang een venstertje van hardstenen met het jaartal 1662. Kruisribgewelf in de toren, spitsbogig houten tongewelf in het schip. Klokkenstoel met gescheurde klok van G. Witlockx, 1724, diam. 31,6 cm. Mechanisch torenuurwerk, Jos van de Kerkhof.

Description
St. Joost Chapel. Founded circa 1300, after 1637 in use as a storage place, later as a dwelling, since 1946 as a Maria Chapel. Nave closed on three sides of four bays with built-in tower, late 15th or early 16th century; above the entrance a small hard-stone window with the date 1662. Cross-ribbed vault in the tower, pointed-arched wooden barrel vault in the nave. Bell tower with cracked bell by G. Witlockx, 1724, diam. 31.6 cm. Mechanical tower clock, Jos van de Kerkhof.
