Omschrijving
Herv. Kerk. Eenvoudige, eenbeukige en gepleisterde dorpskerk, waarvan de toren (apart monumentnummer 10071) en de noordzijde van het schip waarschijnlijk nog uit de 12e eeuw dagtekenen. Het driezijdig gesloten koor dagtekent vermoedelijk uit de 15e eeuw en de zuidzijde van het schip werd in later tijd verbouwd. De kerk bezit ondermeer: een gotische, hardstenen voet onder de preekstoel, mogelijk afkomstig van een doopvont; een kastje waarin een borstbeeld uit 1722, blijkens een cartouche met Lodewijk XIV-lofwerk daaronder, voorstellend burgemeester Echbert Klop Hooghryk en een zerk uit 1544.

Description
Reformed church. Simple, single-aisle and rendered village church, of which the tower (separate national monument no. 10071) and the north side of the nave probably date from the 12th century. The three-sided closed choir probably dates from the 15th century and the south side of the nave was altered at a later date. The church contains, among other things: a Gothic, sandstone base beneath the pulpit, possibly from a baptismal font; a cabinet containing a bust portrait from 1722, evidenced by a cartouche with Louis XIV ornament beneath it, representing mayor Echbert Klop Hooghryk and a grave slab from 1544.
