The Department's description

Modernist building with diminishing floor heights to four storeys. Predominantly glazing between concrete faced structure with strong horizontals at floor levels; concrete faced panel to right with stacked portholes to each of the upper floors. Ground floor shop fronts with tiled panel. Demolished and replaced with three storey commercial unit.
