The Department's description

A corner terrace of three three-storey houses, each two windows wide, built c.1830. Brick to upper floors, banded rusticated render to ground floor. Windows are generally 12 pane sashes, the central house having a wrought iron balcony to the first floor windows; square headed doorways. Demolished to accommodate widened Millfield Road.
