A corner-sited commercial block at the junction of Shaftsbury Square and Donegall Road, defined by a blend of Art Deco and neo-Georgian styles, dating from c.1930. Compromised by unsympathetic shop frontage to ground floor and not the best example of its type. This building was surveyed in the First Survey but not listed. Partial record only was taken during the Second Survey as the building is not worthy of a full survey.
