The Department's description

Built 1852-53 by John Boyd, a pair of two storey stuccoed semi-detached houses with Italianate detail. Inappropriate large modern extensions to rear, internal subdivision for offices suites has resulted in loss of historic fabric, deeming the building to be no longer of sufficient interest to warrant a full survey.
