This building was surveyed in the First Survey but not listed. A partial record only was taken during the Second Survey as the building is not worthy of a full survey. Formerly known as St Mary's Training College (established 1900). A two-storey over basement building with pitched slate roofs, red brick walls with sandstone detailing. Semicircular window heads with drip moulds over. Entrance in inside corner with return, accessed by balustraded staircase. Octagonal crenellated tower over. A later wing (possibly a modern rebuild) connects with chapel at SE end of block.
