Evaluation
Only a Partial Survey was taken as the building is not of sufficient interest to warrant a full Survey.
Two-storey double-fronted Arts & Crafts-style house with hipped green westmoreland slate roof, roughcast & brick. Deeply recessed entrance with stepped arched reveals and original front door. Original leaded lights to some windows. While interesting doorcase, this house design is typical of Upper Malone ward.
