1922 by Thomas Eagar. Late two storey Arts & Crafts house in painted roughcast with half-timbering to first floor central section. Open porch in stone and natural slate roof. 1/1 timber s/s windows and casement leaded windows. Conservation area protection is appropriate, design is not special enough.
