Only a Partial Survey was taken as the building is not of sufficient interest to warrant a full Survey.
Large detached rendered house with flat roof in Vulcanite - possibly earliest example of flat roof in Belfast. However there are replacement uPVC windows, large extension to rear with roof garden, and a dwelling has been built in the side garden diminishing the original setting.
