Evaluation
Only a Partial Survey was taken as the building is not of sufficient interest to warrant a full Survey.
1902 by Samuel Stevenson. 2 pairs of two storey red brick & roughcast semi-detached late Victorian houses with projecting gabled bays to front, single storey canted bays & and decorative barge boards. While the original s/s windows remain to front, these are a fairly common housetype in Belfast.
