Two storey painted roughcast detached Edwardian house with coloured leaded glass to front door & screen to porch. Front elevation has tripartite windows throughout apart from bay window which has engaged colonnettes at the corners. Flat-roofed modern extension to rear. Not of sufficient interest - fairly standard design of house in Malone ward.
