The Department's description

This building was surveyed in the First Survey but not listed.

Terrace of small 2-storey houses with parapeted roofs. However, despite early flat roof construction and the possible use of 'Volcanite' (formerly manufactured in local factory) the replacement of windows with PVC has resulted in a Partial Survey being taken during the Second Survey as the buildings are not of sufficient interest to warrant a full Second Survey.
