Exterior has undergone substantial changes and does not warrant a full survey. Alterations include replacement PVC windows, replacement rainwater goods and 2no sunrooms and extension to side elevation. Additionally, original garage roof tiles have been replaced and original front elevation doorway has been removed and replaced with window bay.
