Exterior description and setting

Site of former single storey cottage c.2 miles N of Newtownards, demolished c.1982 with new dwelling built in place.

Description from 1st Survey card " Single/sty cottage. Roof corr/iron, gable ends. Chimneys rendered. Walls roughcast, painted white. Smooth green base. Green painted smooth surround to openings. 3 D/H windows no astragals and one windows in one pane. Panelled door between 2nd and 3rd windows."
