The Department's description

A detached single-storey-with-attic house, dating from the 1930s with later alterations, characterised by a steeply pitched roof and dormered windows to attic. Extended to rear to create an L-shape plan with integrated double garage. Much of the original character has been lost in the modifications and refurbishments. No longer considered to be of special interest.
