The Department's description

A group of semi-detached hipped-roof houses dating from the first half of the twentieth century; located on the west side of Church Road near Holywood town centre. Various alterations and refurbishments compromise the integrity of the group. The majority have had the original fenestration replaced, most replaced with plate glass, completely altering the character of the original design.
