The First Survey card records:
'2/Sty house. Roof slated. L/H gable end. Chimney rendered. Twin corbels at eaves. Walls horiz. weather boarding on F/FL & spatterdash on Gr/FL. 3 F/FL & 2 Gr/FL recent windows, plain facings Gr/FL. Central doorway has pilaster jambs, frieze lintel & cornice hood enclosing plain & recent glazed & flush panel door.
Condition fair. Front about 26 ft.
Suggest mid 19c. with recent changes.
