The First Survey card records:

'2/Sty block of 2 houses. Roof slated, L/H gable end. Brick chimneys. Wall rendered, lined & painted. Eaves course. F/FL sill course. F/FL raised quoins. Gr/FL channel jointed. 6 F/FL D/H windows, Georgian panes. Gr/FL has window - door - window - window - window - window - door - window. Windows as above. Doorways have 5 paned fanlights & 5 panelled doors.

Condition poor & derelict & window glass broken. Front about 60 ft.
