The building has been demolished and a replacement dwelling built on the site

The First Survey card records:

'2/Sty house. Roof slated & gabled. Chimneys rendered & mld. Walls rendered, lined & painted. Raised quoins & bevel base. Front to N.W. in 3 bays. Outer bays gabled & projecting, decor. barges & pinnacle. Triplet F/FL D/H windows, horizon. astrags. 5/C arch heads, continuous label mldg. 4 drops, mld. sill & corbels. Gr/FL has oriel(sic) windows, pilaster mullions & jambs with entablature & blocking course. Windows D/H no astrag, panelled apron. Central recessed bay has 2/light F/FL window as before & projecting single/Sty porch, channelled side walls, dentilled eaves cornice & blocking course. Doorway has square rising sun fanlight above panelled door.& with mld. steps up from lower terrace.
Glass house on R/H gable & against crenellated wall which with outbldgs encloses coach yard. Decor. barges to outbldg.

Condition fair. House front about 45 ft.

Suggest mid 19c.
