A pair of semi-detached mid-nineteenth century villas, located on the Bangor Road, Holywood. The building has recently undergone extensive refurbishments, involving the replacement of most internal fabric and one of the pair has been subdivided into flats. They represent a common building type in the area and are not deemed to be the best examples.
