Evaluation
A detached two-storey three-bay almost symmetrical late-Victorian house, located off Circular Road West on the outskirts of Holywood. The setting has been compromised by the construction of two modern detached houses on the site, with shared access. Although of robust character and significant in the locale, it is of a relatively late date and not among the best examples of the type.
