The building has been demolished and replaced with a recent two storey dwelling.

The First Survey card records:

‘A two-storey house in Modern Movement style with a flat monopitch roof finished in white painted smooth render with rustic brick to each side of the front entrance and a rustic brick chimney stack to one side. Horizontal strip of windows to entrance front plus corner glazing to the projecting block.

Designed by Henry Lynch-Robinson in the 1940s.'
