The Department's description

The cottage has been demolished and a 2-storey dwelling has been built on the site.

The First Survey card records:

‘Long single/sty cottage. Roof cor/iron. Chimneys rendered. walls stone rubble whitewashed. 4 D/H windows, Georgn. panes - porch - then D/H window, horizon astrags. Porch square & recent has 6 pane window on front face & sheeted door on L/H face. House extended on R/H as store with wisteria covered wall. Outbldg behind, slated roof. stone rubble walls & ruinous.
Condition of house fair to poor
Front of block about 118 ft.
