Evaluation
A double-height red-brick hall adjoining Ballyholme Presbyterian church, built c.1930 and located in Ashley Drive, Bangor. The replacement of the original metal-framed windows has compromised its original character. It is not one of the best examples of the type and its interest has been compromised by alterations.
