a terrace of five two bay houses adjoining castle chicester,built c.1870. No.35 is one and half storey (roughest rendered walling) and no.37-45 are two storey (smooth rendered walling). The terrace has suffered extensive material and plan alterations during the twentieth century and is not deemed to meet the criteria for listing.
